Welcome to the Budapest Care Center!

We are a non-profit consulting service, offering workshops and seminars to Christian workers living in Europe,

Russia and Central Asia. Our primary work is training leaders to effectively help others during times of crisis, trauma, transition and change. Special training is also available on how to predict, prevent and protect teams and ministries from individuals who are a threat to the safety and well-being of others. Workshops are provided in English and Hungarian.

Our Vision

The Budapest Care Center is committed to reducing the number of Christian workers that return to their home country due to preventable problems, increase the effectiveness of Christian workers that are now only marginally effective, and strengthen leaders exhausted and overwhelmed from living in a foreign culture. We work to train others to ensure that the work we carry out will be duplicated by national pastors and leaders within other Christian service organizations.
