In the life of a church or mission team, problems develop that are difficult to handle wisely. Sometimes a leader feels unable to help because he or she is not sure of what to say or do. As a result, rather than helping or making a difficult decision, the problem situation is left unaddressed. This seminar offers the tools needed to help leaders deal with problems that impact the people they serve. The seminar has five, sixty-minute lectures with time available for discussion.
