Consulting
Leaders are often faced with difficult
situations that demand an immediate response. For example, a team member begins to act
in an aggressive manner toward a team leader, a teenager attempts suicide, or a
woman is sexually assaulted. In these circumstances, many leaders
contact the Care Center, seeking a brief telephone
consultation to help them plan their next step. The Care
Center is not able to provide telephone based counseling or deal
directly with onsite crises, but can provide consultation to help leaders confidently intervene and make clear decisions.
